Conciousness

Conciousness

I always try to make as concious choices as possible when choosing what products to produce, where to produce them and what kind package to use. I avoid plastic, I wrap my prints in tissue paper and I bunt cards with kraft paper instead of plastic pockets, stickers are packed in small paper bags, label stickers are made of kraft paper, I use paper to fill up boxes and to pack ceramics (no bubble wrap used ever) and I reuse everything possible. My products are also made with consiousness, I use a local printer that has a great environmental friendly approach and certification. My enamel products are made in Europe by the a small and family owned business. Enamelware in itself are a product made to be used by generations, and it’s a great choice to bring outside on your adventures instead of plastic. To sell products and at the same time be engaged in environmental issues can be a conflict in itself, but I believe the future is in handicrafts and small mindful businesses. As a part of making conscious choices, instead of buying loads of massproduced stuff, I believe in choosing carefully and support the small makers.
